SOLD! Neff Road: 27 Acres, an Airplane Hangar, and a Dream Home in the Making!

by Laura Petek

Some real estate stories are anything but ordinary, and this one is a perfect example!

A Year-Long Search for the Right Land

For over a year, we searched for the perfect piece of land. We walked properties in the snow, bundled up in winter coats, shared plenty of laughs, talked with builders, and explored one possibility after another.

Some properties had steep drop-offs, others had unbuildable areas, and a few simply weren't the right fit. But we kept looking for a property that matched the vision and made financial sense.

Then we found Neff Road!

The Unexpected Find

At first, the property was well over budget, and the numbers just weren't working. But when the price came down, the opportunity was finally there, and we jumped in!

What did we find? A retro house, 27 ACRES, and an AIRPLANE HANGAR! ✈️ Yes, you read that right!

It's not every day you come across a property like this, and the possibilities made it worth the wait.

From Existing House to Dream Home

The plan is to give the current house a spruce-up, sell it, and build a beautiful new home on the land.

What started as a search for the right property has turned into an exciting opportunity to bring a long-held vision to life. With 27 acres to work with, the next chapter is full of possibilities.

And I have a feeling the finished home is going to be something truly special!

SOLD! But This Story Is Just Getting Started!

Neff Road is officially SOLD, but the transformation is only beginning.

From snowy property tours to an unexpected airplane hangar, this journey has already been one for the books. Now, I'm excited to follow along as the plans take shape and a dream home begins to emerge.

Stay tuned and follow along! This is one transformation you won't want to miss.
