SOLD! A REAL ESTATE STORY FULL OF TWISTS AND TURNS!

Finding the right house for Anna’s client in Medina was not easy. There was a very specific style and feeling her client was hoping to get out of her new purchase.

She found this house and immediately knew that it was the one. The only problem was that she needed to sell her home to purchase it. Now, we had to talk the seller into allowing her to put it under contract without having sold her own home.

We did it! Now it was time to get her home ready for the market. Just in the nick of time, she put her house on the market on White Oak Circle.

We got her house under contract, but we had one problem. Those buyers needed to sell their house to buy her house. We can’t make this up! Now, the sellers were pretty upset that they would have to wait for two houses to sell before their house would be bought.

Now, we had to find buyers for the people buying White Oak Circle, quickly. They went under contract, only to fall out of contract because the buyers they had secured backed out during the inspection.

Now we were back to the drawing board. Was this a wild transaction? Yes! Did everyone get what they wanted in the end? Yes! The house two underneath White Oak Circle did go back under contract. We were able to renegotiate the original offer for this home.

Although it took all summer, these homes are finally closed.
